What is Dinner Church?
Circle City Dinner Church is a movement of the Holy Spirit for planting a new worshiping community on the Near Eastside of Indianapolis. It is a part of the initiative of the Presbyterian Church (USA) to develop innovative ways of birthing new communities that are more effective in reaching out and making disciples in a changing, more diverse culture. It has the hope of calling together a racially and culturally diverse people to form a worshiping community that can positively impact the Near Eastside.

The Joy of Giving
When we give, there is a blessing that exceeds our expectations and a joy that comes
overflowing into our hearts. Circle City Dinner Church (CCDC) enables hundreds of
people from the community on the Near Eastside not only to experience great meals but more importantly to experience the great love of Christ.
With the warmer weather this summer, we see more people coming to CCDC. The
economic downturn and high inflation are greatly hurting the urban poor. We need to
have the additional funding to feed more people and give them the resources to help
them in their need. We hope that you will be led by God to help us with this ministry of
compassion.
Through your generous support by volunteering and funding the ministry, CCDC can meet the growing needs and continue to reach out to people who live in poverty. The
cost of our meals has risen, and we are helping more with rent and other necessities.
Whatever that you can give will be so appreciated.
There’s something more happening in giving than a monetary transaction; we reflect
Divine love, like a ray of sunshine, that radiates from our hearts when we are open to
give to those in need. We experience the joy of the Lord.
